Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at BombayTees with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
4. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item

Exchanges

Want a different size? We offer free size exchanges subject to stock availability. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace it at no cost.
